Us Army Air Forces Usaaf North Atlantic Squadron Canadian Made Patch Felt Bomber

Scarce US Army Air Forces / Army Air Corps North Atlantic Squadron patch. Canadian-made patch worn by USAAF service men serving in the North Atlantic Squadron at Gander field, Newfoundland. Shield-shaped black wool felt base with yellow felt bomber sewn in the center. "USAAF" stitched in blue on the upper left corner, and "North Atlantic Squadron" stitched in white at the bottom. White cloth backing with a production defect. A little dusty, and a couple dark stains on the yellow felt bomber.
