Vintage 23rd Target Tow Squadron Flight Jacket Patch US Army Air Corps Force WW2

I sell vintage used items, but I try to describe them in detail, so please take the time to read the description. This is a Jacket patch with the insignia of the 23rd Target & Tow division. I think it was a US Army Air corps division in WW2.

It's about 5 -1/4" across from it's widest points & about 4" high. It's a bit dirty, but is in good vintage condition with no damage I can detect.
