The jacket has a WWII cut edge 4th Armored Division SSI patch on the left shoulder, and embroidered on black felt WWII era Staff Sergeant chevrons sewn on each sleeve. The jacket is in wonderful battlefield worn condition and does have some small holes, stain, the sleeves are a bit frayed like most worn in battle (see photos for condition) and it has a name written inside the pocket (Arthur Gadoury). The jacket also still has the size tag 36R, but the Q. M tag is washed out and unreadable. There is faded tag in the back that says (JACKET FIELD M-1943) and some other writing that talks about the adjustment and how to wear it.
