Very Rare WWII Philadelphia PA U. S. Army Signal Depot Shoulder Patch SSI Corps

So rare, in fact I couldn't find another single example online - including worthpoint and all the military forums. This patch has been used and still has some thread that attached this originally.

It's also missing a bit of the gold border along the bottom. According to a quick online search, the Signal Depot in Philadelphia was a smaller operation, and opened in 1941.
