WW2 US Army 9th Infantry Division Ike Jacket Italian Made Bullion Patch BB293

Has ghosting on one shoulder of SSI maybe 8th / 65th ID? Some damage were the patch was removed, had a few small moth nips on the back. Has beautiful Italian made 9th ID patch. Has faint laundry stamp in the collar which I can't make out.
