WWII Army Navy Bomb Bomber Group Large Jacket Patch VERY RARE WITH NO GLOW

Mark: Rear of the Patch is Marked VP23. Size: 4 1/2 inches in diameter.

It was removed from a Jacket. Tested and determined the outer layer is thin leather. No Glow to the paint nor any material.
