Wwii U. S. Army Eto Shoulder Patch German Made Bullion

Here we have an extremely fine World War II U. Army European Theater shoulder patch in bullion that is in excellent condition.

It is constructed of red and white rayon on a dark blue wool background with a heavy hand embroidered gold cotton thread border. The star at the top is executed in blue cotton thread on a white rayon background. The borders of the arrows and the broken chain at the bottom are of fine metallic gold bullion thread. The reverse is faced with light gray material with the hand embroidery work clearly visible.
